IWI negotiate new long term lease as Deloitte commit to Lapps Quay Cork.

Richard Coffey Managing Partner of Ireland World Investments (IWI) said he was delighted to secure and negotiate a new long term 15 year lease with Deloitte in the much sought after modern high profile office investment within the prestigious Lapps Quay Development in Cork City
