The following information as an Expression of Interest will them be forwarded to the agent


• Identity of Purchaser (Extreme Confidentiality)
• What price to be offered
• Proof of Funding
• Conditions ( Survey, Title, Due Diligence etc...)
• Property to be purchased
• Approvals required ( Third Party approvals)
• Time Scale for Closure


Once an agreement is in place the full team and the Strategic Partners in IWI will conclude the transaction to everyones satisfaction within the timeframe agreed once due diligence is completed
